Training
Before starting as a Lotterywest retailer, all prospective owners and managers (including a new manager in an existing outlet) who intend to work in the Lottery Outlet must successfully complete Lotterywest’s ‘Manage a Lottery Outlet’ (MALO) training course. Upon successful completion of our MALO program, we will work with you to provide you with the tools and knowledge to achieve your business goals.
Retail Relationship Officers
You will be assigned to a Retailer Relationship Officer (RRO) as your Lotterywest primary contact. They will provide ongoing support to help you reach your business potential. Business Standards Business Standards outlines our expectations of you while operating a Lotterywest outlet, by focusing on critical areas such as financial management, customer experience, player safety and brand integrity. Business Standards, as defined in the Retail Agreement and Retail Manual, have been categorised into three tiers based on impact, particularly impact to customer experience. Your RRO will work with you regarding any actions required to resolve the issue in the agreed timeframe.
