Western Australia is a hub for talented and passionate artists within film, television and digital production.
Screenwest offers a platform for creative Western Australians to fashion world-class stories on screen, sought after by audiences everywhere. Thanks to you, Lotterywest have been able to support Screenwest for decades.
This support has helped people like Jaimen Hudson achieve their dreams through Screenwest. After a motorbike accident left him paralysed from the armpits down at just 17 years old, Jaimen discovered a love of filming and aerial photography. He has since gone on to document his life story in the film From Sky to Sea.
"When I was in hospital all those years ago, I had no idea where my life was going to end up, and now to be in a cinema sharing my story all around Australia and the world blows my mind, really," he said.
