Two Western Australian players will start the week celebrating thanks to a couple of life changing weekend wins.
The stellar weekend started on Friday night with a Lotterywest membership online player taking out a Set for Life Division One prize, worth $20,000 a month for the next 20 years.
This news was followed by seven players across the country taking out a Division One prize thanks to Saturday Lotto.
One of those tickets, now worth more than $906,000, was sold in WA from Here’s Luck Lottery Centre in Cloverdale.
Lotterywest spokesperson Pina Compagnone said leading into Christmas, it was wonderful to see a continued run of WA winners.
“This duo of wins has taken our 2020 Division One tally to 73, with these players sharing in more than $95 million,” she said.
“It’s been an incredible year of winners for our State, in fact we have already over taken last year’s tally which ended on 59.”
WA players can now purchase tickets into one of the biggest draws of the year – the $30 million Megadraw which takes place on Saturday 2 January 2021.
Tickets are available from Lotterywest in-store, online or via the app.
Thanks to those that purchase Lotterywest tickets, all available profits are returned to support the WA community.
