WA community celebrates thanks to $3.4 million raised from Superdraw
Tonight’s Saturday Lotto Superdraw has raised more than $3.4 million which will support the Western Australian community, thanks to Lotterywest players and retailers.
Although tonight’s Superdraw didn’t create a Division One winner in WA, 291,000 players across the State won prizes across divisions two to six.
Tonight’s wins include 17 Division Two tickets sold in WA, with each ticket taking home an $11,000 prize.
Lotterywest spokesperson Zoe Wender said $3.4 million raised from ticket sales will support a range of initiatives across WA through Lotterywest’s grants program.
“Even without a Division One winner in WA tonight, the WA community always wins because all available Lotterywest profits support our grants program,” she said.
“From a $4.65 million grant for a new youth precinct and community hub in Newman to $155,000 supporting Breast Cancer Care WA to improve the services they deliver, Lotterywest grants touch diverse communities across our State.
“And in more good news, next weekend’s Saturday Lotto Division One prize pool will jump from an estimated $6 million to an estimated $10 million thanks to a Saturday Lotto special event, giving WA players another chance to win big.”
The winning numbers from tonight’s draw are 12, 11, 2, 33, 37 and 17 and the supplementary numbers are 36 and 41.
