A ticket from Western Australia won last night’s Powerball jackpot and is now worth $30 million.
Lotterywest can confirm the Division One winning ticket is registered to a Lotterywest membership, was sold in the metropolitan area, is a single-entry ticket.
This ticket was the only Division One winner across the country and is the State’s first Division One Powerball prize of the year.
Across the State more than 114,000 Powerball prizes were recorded across other divisions.
In more good news for WA, this Powerball jackpot roll raised more than $4.9 million, which will support community groups across the State, thanks to Lotterywest's grants program.
Last night’s Winning Numbers were 34, 17, 35, 27, 30, 14 and 32, and the Powerball is 17.
As the Division One prize is $30 million, Lotterywest will hold off sharing the exact location of where the ticket was sold, a policy which encourages the protection of the player.
