Tonight’s $20 million Superdraw could create several WA millionaires

There’s a chance for Western Australians to become millionaires following tonight’s $20 million Superdraw.

In May, a Superdraw ticket from WA saw a network syndicate ticket match the numbers to a $5 million prize, one of four Division One wins across the country.

Plus, 12 WA players celebrated a Division Two win, each securing a prize worth more than $14,000.

Lotterywest spokesperson Zoe Wender said so far this year 26 West Aussies have taken home a Division One prize, sharing more than $32 million in prizes. Of these winners, 13 wins have been thanks to Saturday Lotto.

“We’re expecting ticket sales to peak between 11am and 12pm today, with around 500 tickets sold each minute,” she said.

“Imagine jetting off to Paris for the Olympics following a life-changing win, or even better, celebrating that win as a syndicate of family, friends or work colleagues.”

The WA community will benefit from each Superdraw ticket sold, with all available profits going back to local community groups in the form of grants.

“WA players make Lotterywest grants possible, like a $1.8 million grant provided to UnitingCare West to support the fit out of a purpose-built transitional housing facility and best-practice services for older women at risk or experiencing homelessness."

Superdraw tickets are available until 6pm on Saturday 27 July, in-store, online and via the Lotterywest App.
