Saturday Lotto win could give Mum the ultimate gift

Lotto luck has struck again with two Western Australians taking home more than $573,000 each in Saturday Lotto.

The winning tickets were bought from The Lucky Charm Joondalup and Marmion Post and Newsagency.

The two wins come before this week’s highly anticipated “Superdraw Saturday,” which will see the weekly Saturday Lotto Division One prize bumped from an estimated $4 million, to a guaranteed $20 million.

WA produced more than 850,000 Superdraw winners across all Divisions this financial year, sharing in almost $30 million in prize money.

“The most popular ticket purchases for Superdraw have been on System 7 and Slikpik 12 tickets,” Lotterywest spokesperson Hermione Coleman said.

“Whenever it comes around Superdraw is a firm favourite with WA Lotto players.

“With Mother’s Day this Sunday, wouldn’t it be wonderful to give her a gift of anything she wanted, with a $20 million Superdraw ticket?”

The winning numbers for Saturday Lotto were 23, 8, 27, 7, 33, 24 and the supplementary numbers were 41 and 15.

Tickets are available until 6pm draw day from Lotterywest in-store, online or via the app.

Players are encouraged to play responsibly and spend only what they can afford.
