Saturday Lotto $2.5 million WA winners revealed

Two Western Australians have won $2.5 million each, thanks to this weekend’s Saturday Lotto $10 million special event.

The tickets were sold at Bullsbrook Newsagency and from Lotterywest Play Online.

Saturday’s draw saw four winning tickets sold across the country with the other wins in Victoria and New South Wales.

Lotterywest spokesperson CEO Colin Smith said it was fantastic to welcome two more WA millionaires in the lead up to Thursday’s $150 million Powerball draw.

“Thursday’s $150 million jackpot is a wonderful chance for players to join a syndicate with friends, family or work colleagues, which means they can share the cost of a ticket and possibly the joy of a win,” Mr Smith said.

“Thanks to our players and local retailers, this Powerball jackpot run has already contributed $18 million to supporting community groups across WA through Lotterywest’s grants program.”

Meanwhile, Saturday Lotto’s draw also saw WA celebrate 20 Division Two wins scoring more than $12,000 each.
