For the first time since May, Powerball has jackpotted to $100 million.
While no one across the country matched tonight’s winning numbers, more than 205,000 WA winners shared in prizes across the other divisions.
This includes a Division Two win worth more than $149,000.
Lotterywest CEO Colin Smith said next Thursday’s $100 million jackpot is a chance to create WA Lotto history.
“If a WA ticket takes out Powerball’s entire $100 million Division One prize, it will set a new record for the State,” Mr Smith said.
“WA’s biggest Division One win is Powerball’s $80 million prize, which was shared by a group of ladies from a northern suburbs gym in December 2021.”
“When our jackpotting games reach these heights, it’s a great opportunity for players to join a syndicate with family or friends and share the cost of a ticket and hopefully the joy of a win.”
The WA community is the winner this week, with this Powerball jackpot run alone raising around $9 million for community groups through our grants program.
Lotterywest grants support a range of community projects across the State, including $4 million recently delivered for a playground and community space for young people and families in Port Hedland.
Tickets for Powerball’s $100 million jackpot are available in-store, online or via the Lotterywest App until 6pm Thursday.
