Perth ticket becomes WA’s second Set for Life win for the year

Following a long weekend of wins, another Western Australian player has matched the numbers to a Division One prize in last night’s Set for Life draw.

The winning ticket was sold from Raine Square Newsagency in Perth CBD and is WA’s second Set for Life win so far this year after a Northam ticket won in early-August.

Lotterywest spokesperson Zoe Wender said this player will take home $20,000 a month, every month for the next 20 years.

“What a great week for WA, it’s as if the long weekend never ended,” she said.

“We’re still waiting to hear from three Saturday Lotto players that won $1.29 million over the weekend.

“If you bought a Lotto ticket recently, our advice is to check those numbers as soon as you can.

“We hope to meet these winners at Lotterywest HQ very soon.”

The WA winners tally is now sitting at 44 players sharing in more than $57 million this year.

Thanks to WA players and retailers, Lotterywest is able to continue to give back to the community through our grants program.

A Lotterywest grant of $10,000 supported the WCP Civil Bloom Festival which brings together communities and visitors across the regions to celebrate WA’s wonderful array of wildflowers, on now until 20 October.

Tonight’s Millionaire Medley draw gives up to six players the chance to win a Division One prize of $1 million, and tomorrow night’s Powerball jackpot is sitting at $4 million.

Tickets are available in-store, online or via the Lotterywest App.
