Passionate advocates named as finalists for WA Seniors Awards
A total of 14 outstanding individuals, businesses and local governments across Western Australia have been named as finalists for the 2025 WA Seniors Awards.
This year's finalists include advocates who have gone above and beyond for their local communities including supporting women and children escaping family violence, reducing social isolation, fostering intergenerational connection, boosting age-friendly initiatives, championing organ donations, preserving cultural heritage and raising awareness of elder abuse.
The WA Seniors Awards acknowledge and celebrate the contributions of exceptional seniors, as well as seniors' advocates, businesses and local governments that support older Western Australians to age well in their community and have a high quality of life no matter where they live.
The Awards ceremony will take place during WA Seniors Week, held from Sunday 9 November to Sunday 16 November 2025.
The Awards will be presented by Advocare and are supported by Department of Communities and Lotterywest.
