Long weekend continues for two West Aussies

While the long weekend is over, the celebrations are only just beginning for two West Aussies who each claimed Division One Saturday Lotto prizes over the weekend.

Saturday night’s draw saw two Western Australian tickets match the numbers to Division One prizes worth more than $585,000 each.

WA’s winning tickets were sold by The Lucky Charm Success 2 and through Lotterywest Play Online.

Lotterywest spokesperson Zoe Wender said Saturday Lotto continues to be good to WA players, regularly creating Division One winners across the State.

“Since the start of the year, we’ve celebrated 13 Division One prizes in WA thanks to Saturday Lotto,” she said

“Just like a Mandurah couple who won a Saturday Lotto Division One prize last month and planned to splurge on a top-of-the-range massage chair with their prize.”

In more good news for WA, alongside the State’s two Division One wins, ten WA Saturday Lotto tickets took home Division Two prizes worth more than $11,000 each over the long weekend.

Thanks to WA players and retailers, Lotterywest can support community groups across WA through its grants program.

A Lotterywest grant of $85,000 is supporting the City of Cockburn to host this weekend’s Coogee Live 2026, a free, family-friendly beach festival full of arts, music, food and interactive experiences for everyone to enjoy.

WA players have the chance to become a multi-millionaire this week, thanks to Powerball’s $30 million jackpot.

Tickets for Powerball are available until 6pm Thursday in-store, online or through the Lotterywest App.
