Division One delight for WA Saturday Lotto player

Western Australian players are being urged to check their tickets, after a Division One Saturday Lotto win was celebrated over the weekend.

WA’s winning ticket was sold by Palmyra Supa News and is now worth more than $791,000.

Across the country, there were eight Division One winners on Saturday night, with six of those recorded in Victoria and the other winning ticket in Queensland.

Lotterywest spokesperson Jake Battrick said WA is on track to celebrate more Saturday Lotto Division One wins this year, compared to 2024.

“With four weeks left in the year, WA has hit 54 Division One Saturday Lotto wins so far, matching 2024’s total and setting the stage for an exciting finish to 2025,” he said.

“This year’s Division One Saturday Lotto winners have shared in more than $70 million, which is a brilliant result for WA players.”

There was more great news for WA players over the weekend, with over a dozen Division Two Saturday Lotto winners collecting more than $10,000.

“This weekend’s 13 Division Two winners were from right around WA, from as far as South Hedland in the north of the State to Donnybrook in the South West,” Mr Battrick said.

The Division Two winning feeling continued yesterday when a WA Set for Life player celebrated a Division Two win thanks to a ticket sold by the Good Grocer Karratha IGA. WA’s Set for Life Division Two winner will receive $5,000 a month for one year.

Thanks to WA Lotto players and retailers, all available profit from ticket sales supports community focussed initiatives through Lotterywest’s grants program.

A Lotterywest grant of more than $2.8 million is supporting the redevelopment of the Goolugatup Lowerlands and the Esplanade Park in the City of Melville.

Thanks to this grant, both projects will transform under-utilised areas into welcoming public spaces, with the Esplanade Park set to feature a new playground suitable for children of all ages.

WA players have the chance to become a multi-millionaire this week thanks to Millionaire Medley's Black Friday Event, where prizes have been doubled across all Divisions.

Tickets for Millionaire Medley's Black Friday Event are available until 6pm tonight and Wednesday night in-store, online and via the Lotterywest App.
