Como home to latest Set for Life winner

Western Australia has recorded another Set for Life win worth $20,000 a month for the next 20 years.

The ticket that matched the numbers from Saturday’s draw was purchased from Labouchere Newsagency in Como.

Lotterywest spokesperson James Mooney said this win is Western Australia’s fourth Set for Life Division One result for the year.

“It’s been a stellar three months for WA, as we celebrate four Set for Life Division One wins between August and October,” he said.

“This news was followed by a WA Division One winner in Saturday Lotto’s draw, which was purchased online and is now worth more than $1.26 million.

“These two wins have bumped our Division One winner’s tally up to 51 for the year, with hopefully more good news for WA to come.”

Thanks to WA players and local retailers, available profits from every Lotterywest ticket sold goes back to the WA community in the form of grants.

Along with Saturday’s Division One Set for Life winner, the City of South Perth recently received a $100,000 grant towards a pump track in Karawara, which aims to provide a safe and inclusive space for bike riders, skateboarders and scooter riders of all ages.

The next chance for WA players to win is tonight’s Millionaire Medley draw, which gives up to six players the chance to win a Division One prize of $1 million.

Tickets are available until 6pm in-store, online or via the Lotterywest App.
