$4.5 million boost to deliver new Armadale Central Park project

The Cook Government has presented a $4.5 million Lotterywest grant to the City of Armadale to support the creation of a vibrant new park under the new elevated Armadale Station.

The grant will enable the city to bring its $14.8 million Central Park project to life, which will transform the public open space into a functional, multi-use park for all ages and abilities.

As part of the METRONET Byford Rail Extension, more than 6,500 square metres of public open space has been unlocked for the community in the heart of Armadale.
