Our Goal
Our aim is to deliver the best level of customer experience across all of our digital channels, including our website and app, ensuring we provide everyone with equal access.
With this in mind we’re working towards meeting the highest level of accessibility standards (AA) in line with the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 (WCAG 2.2).
Our Website
NVDA screen reader is the most suitable assistive software when using our website.
In most browsers you can use the 'tab' key to move between links without having to use the mouse. When you’re on a link you wish to visit, pressing 'enter' will take you to the linked page.
To help users of assistive technology with navigation, Lotterywest utilises WAI-ARIA landmarks for headers, navigation and footers, as well as programmatically defined headings. If you use assistive software, you can use its features to present you with link lists, or to shift the focus directly to tables and lists in a page.
