When is the change happening?

Get ready for bigger prizes, and higher jackpots more often. The first draw with these changes will be on Thursday 25 May (Draw 1410). You'll be able to purchase tickets after draw close (6pm) Thursday 18 May 2023.

Can I keep my favourite numbers?

Yes, you can! There will be no changes made to the way you play your Favourite Numbers.

Can I still buy Advance Play or Multiweek tickets?

From Thursday 16 March 2023 to Thursday 18 May 2023, some of your usual Advance Play and Multiweek tickets will be temporarily unavailable.

Pricing update

To be able to bring you increased prizes, and bigger jackpots more often, the cost to play Powerball will increase from $1.10 to $1.20 per game.
