You will no longer need to make a claim in the Lotterywest and Healthway Portal. If your payment is subject to conditions (e.g. provision of a progress report) you’ll need to complete the appropriate report in the Portal. Once that has been approved, your payment will be paid in the next weekly pay run.

If your payment has no conditions, it will be paid in the next weekly pay run after it’s due. You’ll not need to do anything to receive your payment and you’ll be able to see conditions on your payment under the ‘reports’ tab in the Portal.
